Youth from Gernika make a trip to Pforzheim
In the spirit of fostering intercultural friendships and promoting mutual understanding, a group of 20 young Basque students have commenced a week-long visit to Pforzheim, Germany. This annual student exchange between the Fritz-Erler-Schule in Pforzheim and Instituto Gernika in Gernika marks another chapter in the long-standing relationship between the two schools.
The visit, scheduled from February 1 to 8, is not a one-day event but a comprehensive programme designed to provide the Basque students with an immersive experience of German culture, language, and lifestyle.
