Job Description
As a Sales Controlling professional, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring sales performance against targets, preparing sales forecasts and reports, supporting sales strategy development, and coordinating with sales and finance teams to optimize results. You will serve as a contact person for sales management and projects within sales controlling.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration, a specialized qualification with relevant professional experience, or a bank/savings bank specialist with additional specialized training. Candidates should be proactive, flexible, team-oriented, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. They should possess excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong entrepreneurial thinking, analytical, and communication skills, especially with complex issues. Proficiency in modern digital media and technologies is essential, and an interest in proactive further training opportunities is highly desirable.
