RFRIT Offers Up to 2 Billion Rubles for IT Projects in Nizhny Novgorod

Companies in Nizhny Novgorod have until October 26, 2025, to submit applications for the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technology (RFRIT) competition. This federal support programme offers up to 2 billion rubles for IT projects focused on Russian solutions.

Eligible participants include Russian legal entities, excluding state or municipal institutions. The grant covers up to 50 percent of project costs, ranging from 100 million to 2 billion rubles. Applications can be submitted online via the RFRIT website until the deadline.

Projects should focus on creating software for managing production processes, developing automated design systems, or digital twins of industrial enterprises. The project implementation period can last up to four years, starting no earlier than January 1, 2025. After completion, the exclusive rights to the development remain with its creator.
