"RadioBOOM" hosts "ElectronicaFest" at TUSUR

Tomsk, May 7 - RIA Tomsk. A plethora of students and high school whippersnappers swung by the ElectronicsFest at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), an event that occurred during the annual RadioBOOM student festival, according to TUSUR's press office on Wednesday.
The ElectronicsFest, taking place from May 6-7, was a part of RadioBOOM, with the kind-hearted System Foundation and Group of Companies Element partnering up for this spectacular show.
"ElectronicsFest, the brainchild of TUSUR and Group of Companies Element, played host to a roundtable about the latest trends in microelectronics, Quiz shows, and workshops for students and high schoolers," stated the press release.
As far as the press office disclosed, two streams of middle schoolers from grades 8-11 attended the career-focused game called "What engineer am I?" The students got a crash course on engineering careers and even had a peek at TUSUR's labs.
The press Office also hinted that representatives from System Foundation would enlighten participants about the career advancement opportunities provided through the "Lift to the Future" project and lead a masterclass on career selection and decision-making.
The statement further mentioned that the Radio-market was in full swing, where those interested could build their radio receiver to catch the signal, learn Morse code, record an audio play, and dabble in papercraft – creating radio decor from paper. Afterward, guests could take part in TUSUR's lengthy tradition called "Technical Progress."
