Nepal Launches Educational Counselor Training Program
The Ministry of Social Development and Technical Institute of Technical Instruction (TITI) have signed a bilateral agreement for educational counselor training. The course, priced at NPR 17,000 per person, is open to Nepali citizens with a Bachelor's degree and a valid citizenship certificate. Equivalency certificates are required for those who studied abroad.
The training will be held at TITI's campus in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Institutions interested in sending participants must be registered with the Ministry of Social Development and recommended by them. Each institution can recommend up to two participants. The fee should be deposited in TITI's account at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi Branch. Details of eligible institutions are available on TITI's official website.
The educational counselor training is a significant step towards enhancing social security in Nepal. With the Ministry of Social Development's endorsement and TITI's expertise, the program is expected to equip participants with the necessary skills to provide effective educational counseling.
