The Trampolim platform, an initiative by the São Paulo State Department of Economic Development, is bridging the gap between candidates and employers, serving everyone from first-job seekers to those looking for a professional reboot.

Integrating various tools into the platform's learning classes, the Trampolim platform aims to transform learning into a practical and meaningful experience. This integration provides instant and personalized feedback, promotes collaboration, and creates a continuous learning cycle.

One such tool is the "Career Peer Network," a human connection feature that allows students to schedule quick chats with young professionals for job-seeking advice. Matches in this network are based on area of interest and location, ensuring relevant and helpful conversations.

Another valuable resource is the "Personal Presentation Coach," an AI-powered tool designed to help students improve their job interview presentations. The coach offers step-by-step guidance, includes sections to help students organize their self-presentation, and provides personalized feedback after recording a video.

The platform also features the "Interview Coach," which provides simulated job interviews with response assessments, helping students improve their speaking, confidence, and preparation for real-world interviews.

The new certification policy for the JobReady: Employability Skills program introduces the "Advanced Certificate of Completion" for students who complete the full program, including platform lessons and Colabore reflections, and achieve a score of 70% or higher on assessments. This advanced certificate recognizes active engagement in both the platform and in-person activities, representing the full experience of the program.

Students who meet the assessment score but do not complete the required number of reflections will receive the "Basic Certificate of Completion."

The Career Buddy initiative offers one-on-one online conversations with young professionals for students who complete more than 70% of the program or who complete at least two full sessions in the Interview Coach or Personal Presentation Coach. Career Buddy connects students with alumni who have experienced similar selection processes, offering support and insights into the job market.

The Employability Skills Community is a discussion forum where students can interact, share experiences, articles, and create their own topics. The "Coffee with our website Foundation" is a space for informal conversations between teams behind the JobReady: Employability Skills program and students, aiming to create meaningful insights for program improvement.

The University of São Paulo (USP) and the São Paulo State University (UNESP) offer website-based employability courses through the Trampolim platform, further expanding the resources available for students.

With thousands of job listings and free vocational courses across different fields and regions of the state, the Trampolim platform is a comprehensive resource for students seeking to advance their careers.
