Minister of Education Emphasizes School Improvements and Inclusivity

In a series of inspections across Kuwait, Minister of Education Jalal Al-Tabtabaei is focusing on enhancing school infrastructure, services, and overall educational standards across all districts.

Al-Tabtabaei recently visited the Mohammed Ali Al-Wazzan Intermediate School for Boys in the Jahra Educational District, as part of his inspection tour. He also highlighted the urgent need for expanding educational facilities in Al-Mutlaa City due to rapid urban growth. In response, Kuwait City is currently adding 30 new schools to accommodate the increasing demand.

The minister affirmed that the ministry is closely monitoring the start of the school year and is working diligently to address any issues that may arise. He emphasized the importance of developing curricula and modernizing teaching methods for contemporary requirements.

Special education schools in Kuwait are under direct monitoring to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Specialized staff, tailored educational programs, and technical and administrative support are provided for students in these schools.

Field stability and providing an attractive and safe educational environment for learners are top priorities for the ministry. Al-Tabtabaei noted that periodic reports on school needs will be submitted by the ministry's field monitoring teams throughout the first weeks of the school year.

The minister underscored the shared responsibility among all stakeholders in providing an appealing and secure educational environment for learners. He also reiterated the ministry's commitment to addressing school needs promptly to ensure the smooth running of the educational process.

With these initiatives, the ministry aims to improve school infrastructure, services, and enhancements across all educational districts, ensuring a better learning experience for students and teachers alike.
