In the vibrant city of Krasnodar, Russia, the 2023 "Mom-Entrepreneur" project took place, aimed at supporting mothers who aspire to start their own businesses. The project, which was highlighted on the popular "Details" program, brought together influential guests such as Svetlana Kim, the head of the Krasnodar regional public organization "Union of Women," and Olga Volkova, director of the Krasnodar regional Center of Employment.

Over five action-packed days, twenty-nine women received free training in the basics of entrepreneurship and effective business management. The comprehensive programme included lectures, workshops, masterclasses, practical exercises, networking, and sharing of experiences. The training was designed to equip participants with the tools they need to start and expand their businesses.

The "Mom-Entrepreneur" project, however, did not disclose the number of businesses launched or expanded by its participants, the criteria used to select its winners, or the number of winners in each year. Similarly, it did not provide information about the success rate of the businesses launched or grown by its participants, the long-term impact or sustainability of these ventures, or the duration of the follow-up support provided to the participants.

The "Details" program offers more insights into the outcomes of the "Mom-Entrepreneur" project, but specific details about the exact training content offered or any external funding or resources available to the participants remain undisclosed.

Two notable winners of the 2023 and 2025 "Mom-Entrepreneur" project are Elena Vas'kova and Elena Krokhmal. The project was overseen by Alexander Khramtcov, the head of the Entrepreneurship Support Center of the Krasnodar Region Business Development Fund, and Tatiana Papeta, an emotional intelligence development expert and the founder of the School of Emotional Literacy.
