InnoWard 2025 Honors Insurance Industry's Innovative Training Projects
The InnoWard, an annual award recognizing outstanding projects in vocational training and personnel development, has concluded its 2025 edition. The event, held at the Biko meeting, saw several innovative projects showcasing creativity and innovative spirit. This year's congress focused on generation management, transformation, skilled labor shortage, and knowledge management.
In the Vocational Training category, Huk-Coburg took home the 1st prize for their project 'Young, Successful, Prepared - A Lecture Series by Apprentices for Apprentices'. This initiative saw apprentices sharing their knowledge and experiences with their peers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Allianz Consulting and Sales AG won 1st place in the Personnel Development/Qualification category for their 'Agency Simulation for New Founders of an Auto Insurance Agency'. This project provided new founders with hands-on experience in running an insurance agency, enhancing their skills and preparedness.
A special mention goes to LVM insurance company's 'We for Democracy' project, which won the inaugural Special Prize for Civic Education. This award, introduced this year, aims to strengthen democratic coexistence. The project encourages active participation in democratic processes and promotes understanding of democratic principles.
