Gujarat's business ecosystem uniting through Foundation's Innovation Dialogues, aiming to speed up the growth of Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Businesses.

The Wadhwani Foundation, in partnership with ecosystem leaders such as GESIA, TiE, and various industry associations across Vadodara and Ahmedabad, has launched the Innovation Dialogue Series. This multi-day event aims to activate and connect Gujarat’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering innovation-led growth and job creation.

The series began in Vadodara with a student-focused event co-hosted by The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, TiE Vadodara, and the Wadhwani Foundation. On August 6, the series moves to Ahmedabad with two targeted sessions: Founders Forward at DevX and MSME Growth Dialogue at AMA.

The programs are designed as curated roundtables and community engagements that integrate various ecosystem beneficiaries, including students, early-stage startups, and growth-ready MSMEs, with enablers like incubators, policy institutions, and digital platforms. The series culminates in significant networking and recognition events such as the Dewang Mehta IT Awards.

Wadhwani Foundation’s entrepreneurship initiatives powering the dialogue include Ignite, Liftoff, and Accelerate, which foster inclusive and connected entrepreneurial ventures from ideation through growth stages. All programs are offered entirely free and with no equity, ensuring accessibility and impact at scale.

Meetul Patel, President - Entrepreneurship & Government Digital Transformation at the Wadhwani Foundation, emphasizes the organization's goal of building an India where students, startups, and SMBs can grow with confidence, capability, and ecosystem support. Pranav Pandya, Honorary Director of GESIA IT Association, sees great value in the Wadhwani Foundation's initiative in Gujarat.

Maulik Bhansali, President of TiE Vadodara & CEO of NetWeb Software, states that Vadodara's startup scene is growing rapidly, and the dialogue with the Wadhwani Foundation is timely. The series is a significant initiative aimed at creating a vibrant, inclusive entrepreneurial environment in Gujarat through collaboration, dialogue, and actionable entrepreneurship programs.

Startups and MSMEs in Gujarat can reach out directly to the Wadhwani Foundation's local team, based in Ahmedabad, for access to program support, guidance, and ecosystem connections. The series will culminate at the Dewang Meet Awards on August 8, with Meetul Patel serving as Guest of Honor.
