Expansion of Dubai AI Week Includes International Conferences Focusing on Education and Health Technology

Dubai is set to host a week-long celebration of artificial intelligence (AI) from April 21 to 25, 2025. Dubai AI Week, organised by the Dubai Future Foundation and Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, will bring together global experts, government leaders, startups, and students to explore the latest advancements in AI.

The week will feature several key events, including the 8th International Conference on Education Quality and the HIMSS Executive Summit 2025. The education conference, taking place from 22-24 April, will be held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs headquarters. Its focus is on "Artificial Intelligence Innovations: Future Visions in Empowering Public Institutions and Enhancing Education Quality."

The HIMSS Executive Summit 2025, backed by the Dubai Health Authority and Emirates Health Services, will delve into topics such as generative AI, genomics, precision medicine, and digital transformation. Ronan O'Connor, Managing Director of HIMSS EMEA, has made a statement regarding the HIMSS Executive Summit 2025, expressing excitement about the event. The summit will take place at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on April 23.

Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the Dubai Police and Chairman of the Dubai AI Office, has emphasised the UAE's commitment to global AI leadership. He stated, "Dubai AI Week reinforces Dubai's role as a global AI hub aligned with the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence."

In addition to these events, Dubai AI Week will also host key events at the Museum of the Future and AREA 2071. The week-long celebration underscores Dubai's commitment to advancing artificial intelligence through cross-sector collaboration. The education conference will feature over 200 research papers, strategic agreements, and the launch of an AI Innovation Lab.
