BBMA Ballentine Opens in Irmo, Offering Quality Early Childhood Education
BBMA Ballentine, a new early childhood care and education provider, has officially opened its doors at 1194 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo. This new addition to the community is committed to providing a unique and enriching educational experience for children.
The heart of BBMA Ballentine's approach lies in its research-based "Passport to Learning" curriculum. Designed to foster critical thinking while supporting cognitive, physical, and social developmental milestones, this curriculum emphasizes exploration, curiosity, and learning. With expansive indoor and outdoor spaces equipped with age-appropriate play equipment, BBMA Ballentine aims to create an environment that promotes fun and active daily engagement.
BBMA Ballentine caters to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, with after-school programs available for older children up to 12 years. Their dedicated, certified staff are on hand to provide care and support, offering homework assistance and planned activities to ensure a smooth transition from the school day to after-school care.
Recognised for the high performance of its Pre-K students, BBMA's "Passport to Learning" curriculum has proven successful in helping thousands of young learners meet or exceed kindergarten readiness benchmarks in all five key developmental areas. This year, an impressive 94% of BBMA Pre-K students achieved this milestone.
BBMA Ballentine understands the importance of communication with parents. To this end, they utilise a parent communication app to keep families connected and informed. Operating from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, BBMA Ballentine strives to be an extension of the family while children are in their care.
By choosing BBMA Ballentine, families in the Ballentine community can trust they are providing their young learners with a high-quality, engaging, and nurturing educational experience. BBMA Ballentine is proud to be a part of the community and is excited to welcome new families to their school.
BBMA Ballentine's unique approach to early childhood education, centered around its research-based "Passport to Learning" curriculum, not only supports kindergarten readiness but also actively encourages lifelong learning, contributing to a child's education-and-self-development. To ensure a seamless transition between school and after-school care, BBMA Ballentine's dedicated, certified staff offer homework assistance and planned activities. Effective parent communication is facilitated through a parent communication app, cultivating a close collaboration between the center and families, with the ultimate goal of providing a comprehensive online-education experience.
