The city of Panabo proudly marked the commencement of Brigada Eskwela 2025 at San Vicente Elementary School, basking in the vibrant energy of innovation, collaboration, and grassroots determination. This year's occasion embraced the spirit of shared responsibility for literacy, a timeous and livelier response to the call for comprehensive and equitable education.

One of the star attractions was the unveiling of the Nanay Reading Academy, a community-led literacy project that empowers mothers to become children's reading trailblazers at home. The program's presentation was orchestrated by Division Reading Focal Iryhn E. Petalcorin under the flagship balanced-reading program, BASA Panabo, Panalo.

Embodying the division's dedication to modernized learning evaluations, Mr. Kenneth Licaros of Panabo City National High School presented and demonstrated the digitized PHIL-IRI - an enhanced and tech-infused reading assessment system. This cutting-edge system provides educators with real-time, efficient data to effectively support learners' reading progress.

A significant milestone in this kickoff was the signing of Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) with City Savings Bank (CSB) and Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO). Also accompanying the event were various industries, organizations, national and local government agencies, civic groups, and private sector partners, who showed overwhelming support through in-kind donations, services, and resources.

A warm and inspiring touch was added by Mrs. Joann G. Cubio, a parent at San Vicente Elementary School, who led the Mom's Story Corner. Sharing tales that tugged at the heartstrings, she underlined the unbreakable influence of parents in shaping the learning voyage of every child.

Creating a harmony of support, dignitaries alike graced the event. Assistant Regional Director Rebonfamil R. Baguio, representing DepEd XI Director IV Allan G.
