Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll process incoming service and online banking requests on various channels such as telephone or chat. You'll become an expert in the digital processing of service requests, and you'll even receive an iPad during the training to aid in your learning.

You'll also be entitled to 30 days of vacation and a remuneration of 1,268.20 euros for the first year, increasing to 1,314.02 euros for the second year, according to the collective agreement.
