Armavir Oncodispensary Reopens as Modern Medical Hub
The Armavir oncodispensary in Krasnodar Krai has reopened after a major renovation, transforming the once outdated facility into a modern medical hub. Acting Vice-Governor Anna Minkova announced the completion of the project, which was part of the national healthcare development program.
The renovation, completed with a budget of 5 billion rubles, saw the internal decoration, engineering communications, roof, and facade updated. The facility has been equipped with 126 units of modern medical equipment and 23 new vehicles to enhance healthcare services in Armavir.
Previously, doctors shared offices on the first floor. Now, each specialist has their own room, with the entire building dedicated to the polyclinic department. The renovation has also led to the creation of centers for oncology and vascular therapy, with plans to open a pulmonology center and build a new polyclinic. The expanded facility now serves over a million people from nine nearby districts.
The Armavir oncodispensary has doubled in size following the renovation, improving access to healthcare services for residents. The facility is now accepting patients, offering a range of specialized services thanks to the modern equipment and dedicated spaces for each specialist.
