The new Fire TV Omni QLED Series boasts 60% brighter displays and nearly double the local dimming zones compared to previous models. Sizes range from 50 inches to 75 inches, starting at $479.99. It also features a 40% faster processor. Meanwhile, the redesigned Fire TV 2-Series offers HD resolution in 32-inch and 40-inch models starting at $159.99, while the 4-Series provides 4K resolution in 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch configurations beginning at $329.99. Both lines incorporate ultra-thin metal bezels and quad-core processors delivering 30% performance improvements.
Alexa+ significantly enhances content discovery. It allows users to request programming using natural language descriptions and generates recommendations based on conversation context and viewing history. Scene-level search capabilities enable users to locate specific moments within thousands of Prime Video movies, with television series support planned for the future. The system also integrates a Smart Home Dashboard for various applications and offers a unified watchlist across streaming services.
