She underscored the vital role of the creative elite in maintaining cultural identity, fostering unity, and propagating national values. "Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev places a premium on fostering national spirit, understanding its colossal role and potential in shaping modern statehood. His annual addresses, National Kurultai initiatives, and interviews brim with key tenets such as Independence and Patriotism, Unity and Harmony, Justice and Responsibility, Law and Order, Creation and Innovation. Strengthening interethnic harmony and instilling worthwhile values in the youth is our communal mission," she asserted.

"Shouldering the duty of enhancing statehood, the responsibility falls heavily on you, cultural leaders. And we have no doubt that artists have always been a steadfast ally of the President, serving as a conduit for his ideas. The state, in turn, will continue to extend systematic support to creatives," she declared.
Among the recipients were esteemed cultural figures such as Asanaly Ashimov, Bibigul Tulegenova, Olzhas Suleimenov, Irambek Orazbaev, Nurghali Nusipzhan, Tungiyshbay Zhamankulov, Meruert Utekeeshova, Amandos Akanaev, Dulat Isabekov, Tolen Abdykulov, Tatyana Tarskaya, Gulver Raziyeva, and many others.
