Adobe Unveils Acrobat Studio: AI-Powered Document Management
Adobe has expanded its Acrobat platform with a new version, Acrobat Studio. This global release combines AI assistance, creative tools, and collaborative spaces, making it a comprehensive productivity and creativity platform for professional document management.
Acrobat Studio introduces AI agents and configurable project environments called PDF Spaces. These spaces integrate all project documents, including websites and Microsoft 365 files, turning them into interactive knowledge hubs for collaboration.
The AI assistants in Acrobat Studio can be personalized to take on custom roles tailored to specific project requirements. They summarize information, answer questions, and suggest further areas to explore based on conclusions, catering to different target groups. Additionally, Adobe Express tools for creating graphic materials, promotional materials, and social media contributions are also AI-assisted and available in Acrobat Studio.
The platform combines generative AI, document processing, document management, and Adobe Express creative tools to cater to various user profiles. It offers specialized AI for contracts and new functions for summarizing scanned documents.
Acrobat Studio meets all compliance requirements for use in an enterprise environment, offering advanced encryption, a sandbox environment, and centralized deployment. It is now available in German, offering unlimited access to PDF Spaces, AI assistants, and Adobe Express Premium, following its initial global release in English with a 7-day free trial in August.
